About the Program
Join our esteemed team of professionals as a Sales Engineer within the HYDAC Professional Graduate Program. As a graduate Sales Engineer, you'll embark on a rewarding journey with a globally recognised leader, offering boundless opportunities for growth and development.
Are you prepared to kickstart your career with us?
The program has a clear pathway, the graduate starts in technical sales developing soft skills and then participates in a rotation plan to spend quality time in every department. They will receive internal and external training and they will also participate in field training lunch and learn sections.
The graduates are required to complete 10 internal technical training courses at HYDAC’s Training Centre where once finished, they will receive a Certificate IV in Fluid Power. At the end of the program, they will be amongst the first industry qualified Fluid Power Engineers, and they will have opportunities to work globally within the HYDAC network.
Facility Tour and Innovation Day
Experience the immersive HYDAC Facility Tour & Innovation Day, designed exclusively for engineering faculty students. Delve into an exploration of our company's offerings, including a glimpse into HYDAC's state-of-the-art Training Centre and robust engineering capabilities. Our Facility Tours are typically scheduled once per semester, offering opportunities for students to engage with HYDAC's innovations and capabilities. Recently, we've conducted tours at universities including Swinburne University of Technology, Victoria University, Deakin University, The University of Melbourne, and RMIT University.
