- HDA 4000: This unit is designed for mobile and stationary hydraulics and comes with optional CANopen-capability, although this can depend on if it’s needed for explosion-hazard environments with ATEX, CSA and IECEx approval. This option is highly recommended for applications that require high functional safety in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1 (PL d Kat. 3), with a front-flush diaphragm, approval for shipbuilding and offshore from: - American Bureau of Shipping - Lloyds Register of Shipping - Det Norske Veritas - Germanischer Lloyd - Bureau Veritas
- HDA 3000: This unit is remarkably precise and is recommended for steel and rolling mills, laboratory applications and testing facilities.
- HDA 7000 pressure transmitter: This unit is designed for OEM applications in the mobile and industrial sectors where the dimensions of the cavity are tight due to their small, compact design - Optional CANopen-capability - Optionally with front-flush diaphragm.
- HDA 8000: This unit is made to fulfil OEM applications in the mobile and industrial sectors, with ECE type approval for public street traffic. In addition, this unit can be used for applications that require greater functional safety in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1 (PL d Cat. 2) or DIN EN 61508 (SIL 2).
Pressure Transmitter Technology:
HYDAC uses state-of-the-art technology to design and manufacture our pressure transmitter units.
- Thick-layer DMS on ceramic diaphragm (low-pressure range)
- Thin-film DMS on stainless steel diaphragm (low-pressure and high-pressure ranges)
Standard Pressure Ranges:
- Between 0 … 1 and 0 … 600 / 1000 bar relative pressure, depending on the version
- Up to 2.5 bar absolute pressure
- The adjustment also in PSI and MPa
- Other pressure ranges or special adjustments upon request
