HYDAC has a wide selection of internal gear pump products that produce very low noise levels, low pulsation and operate at incredible speeds.
Our internal gear pump products are available in a wide variety of sizes and pressure levels, from 3.8 cm³/rotation to 250 cm³/rotation up to a maximum nominal pressure of 330 bar. They’re also available in multiple pump options.
Gear Pump Models Available: PGI100, PGI101, PGI102 & PGI103
HYDAC has four key models of gear pump products available, including three medium pressure products and one high pressure gear pump product.
PGI100-PGI101-PGI103
HYDAC has three medium pressure PGI100, PGI101 and PGI103 gear pump products available in sizes 2, 3, 5 and 6. These pumps are capable of reaching speeds of up to 4000 rpm with a maximum pressure of up to 320 bar.
PGI102
HYDAC stocks the PGI102 high pressure gear pump in sizes 2, 3 and 6. This unit can reach speeds of up to 4000 rpm with a maximum pressure of up to 350 bar.
