Hycom has recently delivered and commissioned various hydraulic testing equipment for aircraft assembly in Asia.
This equipment will be utilised in a "flow line production system." During the final assembly, the test unit remains connected to the aircraft and is towed by the assembly dock.
All systems feature a touchscreen control panel, with visualisation available in both English and Chinese.
For this project, Hycom collaborated with a company specialising in final assembly lines for aircraft to optimise the workflow.
