We're pleased to let you know about a new feature in your My HYDAC portal: Estimated Delivery Dates for each part number in your order.
This feature is especially helpful when ordering back-ordered items, as it gives you the most accurate expected delivery information at hand.
To view the Estimated Delivery Date, simply go to 'My Online Orders', select the sales order by clicking on the 'View Order' button. See the screenshots below for an example.
The Estimated Delivery Date will be displayed in one of the columns (see below). Once an order has been delivered, the tracking number will also be visible in the portal, as usual.
Placing orders through the portal ensures faster processing and delivery, provides easy access to key information, and improves efficiency for everyone. For more information on delivery timelines, please see our Delivery Policy.
