The HYDAC AquaSensor AS 3000 is an advanced water in oil sensor designed for continuous condition monitoring of hydraulic and lubrication systems. Based on the proven AS 1000 series, it provides reliable online measurement of water saturation and oil temperature, helping identify moisture contamination before it leads to equipment failure or costly downtime.
Featuring an integrated digital display, the AS 3000 allows operators to monitor real-time measurements directly on the device. It is equipped with two configurable switching outputs and one switchable analogue output (4–20 mA or 0–10 V), making it easy to integrate into a wide range of industrial control and monitoring systems.
The intuitive two-menu interface enables quick configuration of key operating parameters, including:
- Water saturation level and oil temperature
