HYDAC’s HY-eVision² digital communication interface range includes two versions that have both set the bar with their impressive resolution, user-friendliness and ability to be programmed with CODESYS 3.x. This includes a small 7-inch version (HY-eVision² 7.0) that can come with or without a touchscreen and a larger 10.4-inch version with touchscreen (HY-eVision² 10.4).
Both of these display products come with a powerful built-in display controller that makes them usable in intense working conditions when working in off-highway vehicles. They can be mounted onto a vehicle dashboard or through a RAM mount around the vehicle cockpit in either a portrait or landscape position.
These interfaces are designed to work as the central operator human machine interface in mobile equipment, providing enhanced visualisation of all in-vehicle parameters. Their object-oriented programming concepts allow for quick and streamlined adoption of the HMI to multiple languages, as well as permit particular additions to transparency effects, graphics library and Unicode fonts.

Both rugged HMI panels include a powerful built-in display controller and can be used in harsh conditions in off-highway vehicles due to their robust aluminium die-cast housing (10.4″) or aluminium front (7″). These operator digital communication interface devices are designed to work as the central operator panel in mobile equipment such as forest harvesters, excavators and drilling machines.
The HY-eVision² human machine interfaces act as the master within an advanced networked control system, providing operators with full control and the ability to implement multiple functions.
The HY-eVision² operator panels offers optimised visualisation of the various in-vehicle parameters like speed, temperature and sensor data in real time.
The HY-eVision² can be used to fulfil object-oriented programming concepts that make adapting the HMI panel to different languages very simple. Its digital communication interface can come with specific additions such as transparency effects, graphic library and unicode fonts, such as Chinese characters. All of these additions allow users to fully customise the display to fulfil the requirements of the customer, helping them to stand out from their competitors.
The TTControl Visualisation Manager is available as a CODESYS plug-in with PDF viewer and creator, camera picture support and optimisation to enhance the performance of CPU hardware. This digital communication interface can additionally be used to generate 3D effects such as transparency, tilting and animations.
